CHARLOTTE, N.C. – UNC Charlotte started off the 2010-2011 school year by breaking a record.
For the first time ever there are over 25,000 students enrolled at the school.
Anisa Ray from Winston-Salem became the 25,000 student when she picked UNC Charlotte over Davidson College and Wake Forest University.
The school has a total of 25,144 students enrolled for the fall semester and that number could grow to 35,000 by 2020.
