ROCK HILL, S.C. -- Rock Hill High School's head varsity baseball coach is off the job after being charged with drunken driving.
South Carolina troopers say Chris Bates was drunk when his vehicle rear-ended a car on Highway 160 and Sutton Road near Fort Mill Sunday night.
The school district has not said whether Bates resigned or was fired.
