CLOVER, S.C. -- Authorities in York County have charged 46 year old Herman Archie with three counts of committing lewd acts with a child under 16.
According to the case reports obtained by NewsChannel 36, one of the two victims was six years old.
The child told law enforcement Archie touched her inappropriately while she spent the night at his residence.
The case report also lists a second victim who is eleven. She told York County Detectives that the 46 year old man touched her inappropriately as she slept in the living room.
She also recalled another incident when she was 10 years old.
NewsChannel 36 is not releasing the names of the victims due to their age.
Archie is currently being held in the York County Jail as the investigation continues.
