Charlotte, N.C. -- Charlotte Mecklenburg police have arrested a man for a shooting in north Charlotte.
Police say Marcus Turner shot 42 year old Derrick Miller Friday night on Northpark Boulevard.
Police say Turner found his wife with Miller in a parked car at a business park off sunset road.
They say Turner called 911 and told dispatchers that he shot Miller.
