CONCORD, N.C. -- Two people died in a head-on crash in Concord Tuesday afternoon.
It happened around noon on Old Airport Road.
Police say a driver was headed northeast in his Ford Taurus when he rounded a curve and crossed the center line.
The man drove into the path of a Toyota truck. The driver, 73-year-old Carol Dulin, and passenger, 66-year-old James Dulin, were pronounced dead at the scene.
Medics transported the driver of the Taurus to CMC for treatment. He has been released.
The crash is under investigation.
