CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Verizon Wireless announced it plans to hire more than 100 full-time customer service representatives for its Charlotte call center.
The company has already hired 15 in the fourth quarter of ‘09, and another 33 so far this year.
A Verizon spokesperson says the company is looking for experienced customer service professionals who are eager to build a career with the nation’s leading wireless provider. Applications are currently being reviewed for the company’s next training class which begins on May 13.
