CHARLOTTE, N.C. - A day after a federal bulletin warned of the threat anarchist extremists will be at the Democratic National Convention, another video from the group Anonymous surfaced online.
Like past videos, this new one, posted late August 22, 2012, features a person wearing a Guy Fawkes mask speaking in a computer generated voice.
The masked messenger gives instructions on how to complete tasks it deems necessary for Anonymous to take over the Republican National Convention in Tampa. People are encouraged to visit web sites and download apps that map out security cameras.
They call for hackers to disable or jam police radios and street camera systems. There are instructions on the best way to knock down security walls erected around safe areas.
The speaker notes "corrupt" corporations are the target and tells potential activists to leave small businesses alone, "unless they have a Mitt Romney sticker in the window. Ha ha ha."
The Guy Fawkes mask with the number 99 was spray painted on a Tampa building this week. Authorities found a large pile of bricks near the graffiti.
A federal memo indicated actions taken in Tampa could likely happen in Charlotte during the DNC as well.
