YORK, S.C. -- A local woman is charged with felony DUI and child endangerment nearly three months after she was involved in a deadly crash.
Police said Serena Sikorski was driving a van that crossed the center line of Highway 5 back in May and hit an SUV head on.
Her passenger, 51-year-old Lee Smith, was killed in the crash.
Sikorski and a 4-year-old boy in the back seat were injured and had to be flown to the hospital.
Four people in the van were treated for minor injuries.
