CHARLOTTE, N.C. – After a cold start Friday morning, it will be mostly sunny in the Charlotte area and milder with highs in the upper 50s to low 60s.

Clouds increase Friday night and a few mountain showers are possible. Temperatures will only fall into the upper 30s and low 40s.

Clouds will continue to increase across the area on Saturday. Saturday morning temperatures will be in the low to mid-30s. Afternoon highs will climb into the low to mid 60s.

Rain chances are back to 40% Saturday night.  Sunday's rain chances are up to 60% along with plenty of cloud cover. Highs will be in the mid 60s, after morning lows in the 40s.

Monday will actually be unseasonably warm. Highs will range into the upper 60s.
