The tree pollen is starting to peak this week. The Oak, Cedar and SweetGum are all about as high as they have been so far.
The pine pollen is high as well, but it's more of a mess than an allergen. It's that yellow dust all over everything. Pine pollen is actually too large to get into people respiratory systems, and almost no one is allergic to it.
How to deal with it all:
The best thing to do it follow these tips. Then pray for rain and more warm temperatures. The rain washes the pollen out of the air, and the warmer air makes the leaves comes out quicker.
Once the leaves are on the trees, they are done potentiating to the season.
