According to the Union County Sheriff's Office, the construction workers were standing on the structure's roof when wooden trusses fell and landed. They say this caused the four workers to fall from the roof to the ground.

At least three of the four workers appear to be in stable condition, according to the Wesley Chapel Volunteer Fire Department.

The incident happened around 11:30am off of Waxhaw-Indian Trail Road at the Providence Equestrian Center.
