Police search for local woman who cut off her monitoring device

CHARLOTTE, N.C -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police are searching for a woman after she cut off her court-ordered electronic monitoring device.

Tomika Lashea Richardson is wanted for robbery with dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit robbery, damage to property and interfering with an electronic monitoring device, according to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police. 

On Thursday, Richardson cut off her monitoring device and was last known to be in the area of the 600 block of Key Street in Charlotte.
