Three suspected burglars are behind bars thanks to an alert neighbor's call to police. Officers say a homeowner saw three men in a white Astro van along South New Hope Road in Gastonia Friday morning. That witness told police the men broke into an outbuilding behind a home and stole a safe.

Police tracked down the suspect's vehicle Friday afternoon and arrested Matthew Pressley, Brandon Kerr, and Bobby Davis.
