A teenager is dead and another in serious condition at Carolinas Medical Center after an ATV wreck Saturday morning at 1:00 a.m in Union County.

Alliyson Paige Stanley, 18, died from injuries sustained in the accident.

Seven other people were on the ATV, a Kawaski Mule, with the girls, and officials say all were drinking. Only the driver was of legal age, and wreckless driving and misdemeanor death by vehicle charges are pending.

The accident took place near the intersection of Highway 218 and Bunn Simpson Road, near the town of Olive Branch.
