One person is dead after a head on collision in Salisbury. It happened Friday night on Old Mocksville Road. Troopers say Julio Santiago was speeding when he slammed into Teresa Velazquez. Officers say Santiago died at the scene. Velazquez and her two children are expected to be okay.
