CHARLOTTE, N.C.-- An accident on I-85 causes a gridlock for over an hour Saturday night. A car overturned in the northbound lanes near the exit for City Boulevard around 7:30pm. Troopers say the driver over corrected and hit the center median of the expressway. Currently there is no word on the condition of the driver, but troopers say the driver was breathing and conscious after being extricated from the vehicle.
