MOUNT HOLLY, N.C. -- Detectives say they're following new leads in the search for a UNC-Charlotte student's killer.
Mount Holly police say several people have called in tips since they released surveillance video that shows Irina Yarmolenko making a donation at Goodwill about three hours before she was killed.
Yarmolenko was found dead on the banks of the Catawba River.
While police say they're following leads, they have not said if they're getting close to an arrest.
