CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Fire broke out at a warehouse on Dwight Evans Road Friday afternoon, damaging several pieces of art.

The Charlotte Fire Department said the warehouse had eight units -- six units contained businesses and two were empty.

One of the damaged units housed artwork. The fire department said they could not immediately locate the owner, so they were not releasing additional information about the business.
