LANCASTER, S.C. -- Lancaster County's former risk manager has been arrested and charged with forgery and embezzlement.
South Carolina's State Law Enforcement Division says Donna Gail Robinson took nearly $15,000 in public and employee funds from county agencies over the course of 18 months.
She's also accused of forging several checks on the Lancaster County Safety Committee bank account.
Robinson is being held at the Lancaster County Detention Center.
