KINGS MOUNTAIN, N.C. -- A Wisconsin-based ventilation supplier will be cooling off employment woes for more than a 100 people in western North Carolina.

Greenheck Fan Corp. said Monday it will add 102 jobs to its Kings Mountain plant over the next three years and invest $10.3 million.

The Schofield, Wis.-based company produces fans and ventilators for hotels, malls and office buildings. The international supplier has distribution centers throughout the country, including in Greensboro.

Greenheck's 64-employee staff at its Kings Mountain manufacturing plant will be expanded to increase production of the company's commercial kitchen ventilation systems.

The company received a $66,000 grant from the One North Carolina Fund, a state fund aimed at stimulating economic activity.
