Many Charlotte drivers were wondering if there was any price gouging going on following Hurricane Ike. Now the court system has validated those concerns. The attorney general's office slapped Circle-K with a subpoena Friday for its 10 stations in the Charlotte area.

Customers say they paid as much as $5.29 a gallon at those stores back in September.

Two other stations in North Carolina are refunding customers for overpriced gas.
