Moldy rolls earn All-Stars 86 on inspection

No stars for All-Stars on inspection
CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Four restaurants get "B" grades in this week's health inspection reports.
At All-Stars on Albemarle Road inspectors found mold in some rolls and a dish machine that wasn't sanitizing.
Inspectors also found some strange items the kitchen like a bike, some garden tools and a blanket -- all violations.
All-Stars makes the bottom of this week's list with an 86.
More low scores this week: Udipi Vegetarian Cuisine on University City with an 86.5 and Tops China with an 88.
Plus another "B" grade at El Paisano where the temperature of the food was just one of many problems. Inspectors also found a roach in the kitchen, chemicals mislabeled and surfaces in need of cleaning.
The manager said they're working to fix the problems. For now, the score is an 88.5.
