CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Part of Graham Street in north Charlotte was blocked early Wednesday morning after a vehicle hit a utility pole.
The crash happened around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday on Graham Street - the wreck forced the street to be closed in both directions between Craighead and Starita.
The wreck knocked out power to more than 3,000 people in the area, according to Duke Energy. Crews were able to restore power to residents around 6 a.m.
