Known as "Victim No. 1" during the sexual abuse trial of Jerry Sandusky, Aaron Fisher has become an advocate, speaking out against child abuse and sharing his story to spread awareness.

Fisher talked with News 8 Daybreak Tuesday and said one of his primary messages as he speaks publicly is to share the importance of parents and children working together to fight such abuse.

Fisher spoke at the Dallas Child Advocacy Center Sunday and co-wrote a book with his mother, a psychologist, about his journey for justice called Silent No More: Victim 1's Fight for Justice Against Jerry Sandusky.

Cynthia Izaguirre talks with Fisher to learn more about his mission.
