ROWAN COUNTY, N.C. -- A motorcyclist was killed in Rowan County Wednesday morning.
The North Carolina Highway Patrol said the accident happened around 6 a.m. on Third Creek Church Road near U.S. 70.
Authorities are still investigating the cause of the accident.
Troopers have not released the identity of the victim killed in the accident.
