CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- After 126 years, one of this nation’s longest running print publications will no longer be printing a regular edition.
The Sporting News, which is based here in Charlotte, has shifted over to a digital only model. Instead of paying for a subscription, they hope you’ll download their apps or visit their website.
On Thursday, NBC Charlotte got an early look at the final edition of The Sporting News Magazine and talked with editor Garry Howard about why they’re doing what they’re doing
