MOORESVILLE, N.C. -- The Community Housing Development Corporation is holding a class for potential homebuyers.
The class will be held at Mitchell Community College, located at 219 North Academy St. in Mooresville, on Sept. 18 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The financial literacy class offers a comprehensive overview of the process of qualifying for a mortgage; having the ability to pay for the mortgage; foreclosure prevention and having discretionary funds for everyday household expenditures and pleasures.
Attending the class costs $15.
