Anyone who loses power of heat during the storm should contact Public Safety Commication at (803) 283-4136 for directions to the shelter.

Warming centers are at capacity.
The Red Cross has established First Baptist church, Rock Hill for a Primary shelter. The Men's Center and the Women/Children's Center will stay open for at least the next 24 hours.
