CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A pedestrian was hit Wednesday morning in north Charlotte.
The incident happened in the 4900 block of North Tryon Street around 8:45 a.m.
Medic transported the victim to Carolinas Medical Center with potentially life-threatening injuries.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg police cleared the scene around 9:15 a.m.
No delays are being reported in the area.
