I have a ridiculous banana allergy that causes my throat to close up and cause my breathing to become restricted, and I couldn't get enough of this dessert! My allergy is only triggered with raw bananas so the fried bananas were perfect for me and when paired with the coconut ice cream we were both in fried banana heaven!
