CHARLOTTE, N.C -- The fate of a busy corner in the Dilworth neighborhood will be determined Monday.
A developer wants the corner of Kenilworth and Morehead Streets to be rezoned for commercial use.
The idea is to build a new Walgreens drug store there.
Many neighbors have spoken out against the idea.
