CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A popular Dilworth restaurant was damaged by fire Monday morning.
The blaze broke out at about 8 a.m. Monday at 131 Main on East Boulevard.
Investigators say the fire started in the kitchen and caused about $50,000 in damage.
The restaurant will remain closed until health department officials complete an inspection.
