GASTONIA, N.C. -- The Gastonia Police Department wants the public’s help to identify a suspect in a felony forgery case.
Police say a woman posed as a Raleigh resident and cashed two stolen, forged checks at the State Employees Credit Union in Gastonia on May 7.
The woman is described as having brown eyes and long brown hair. She was wearing a pink T-shirt and driving a gray or silver car.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 704-866-6975 or Crime Stoppers of Gaston County at 704 861-8000. Crime Stoppers pays up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
