MATTHEWS, N.C. -- Two students have been arrested in connection to recent bomb threats at Butler High School.

Matthews police say 17-year-old Dorothy Nicole Moore and 18-year-old Jihad Donovan Glover were arrested after an investigation.

The threats temporarily halted school several times over the last two months, and police say the threats were called in from payphones on three different occasions.

Moore and Glover are charged with three felony counts of making a false bomb report.

They were taken to the Mecklenburg County Jail.
