CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department is trying to find out how more than $7,600 worth of sunglasses were stolen from the Sunglass Hut at Northlake Mall earlier this week.
Three boxes of sunglasses were taken from a cabinet inside the store, according to the police report. The robbery happened sometime between Monday night and Wednesday morning.
The total value of the sunglasses is $7,620. A worker at the business noticed the missing boxes and called police Wednesday morning.
