ROCK HILL, S.C. -- Members of an Indian reservation in York County say they should be allowed to build a casino on their property.

The Catawba Indian Nation Reservation is located in Rock Hill.  A current state law prohibits the Catawbas from opening a casino.

But it does allow for casino boats off the coast of Charleston, South Carolina, and the Catawbas say that's not fair.

They filed a lawsuit against the state on Tuesday.
