ROCK HILL, S.C. -- A Charlotte man was arrested Tuesday after York County drug enforcement agents found 128 marijauna plants in a Rock Hill neighborhood.
Agents valued the plants at more than $250,000.
Calvin Dai Hoang, 27, of 13019 Cedar Crossing in Charlotte, was charged with trafficking and manufacturing marijuana.
Agents found that Hoang was renting the home on Favorwood Drive in Rock Hill and found it lined with reflective paper and a “sophisticated” filtration system that covered the smell of marijuana.
Hoang was released Wednesday from the Moss Justice Center on $35,000 bond.
