ROCK HILL, S.C. -- A driver is facing charges after the log truck he was driving overturned.

According to the Rock Hill police the crash happened on Anderson Road at the Dave Lyle overpass around 2:30 p.m. Sunday.

Police said the driver disregarded a stop light and attempted to avoid hitting another vehicle causing the truck to jackknife and roll over.

Logs were scattered about the roadway and into the median.

Officials said because the crash happened on a weekend, traffic was not at a stand still like it would've been on a weekday.

Responding officers said the tow truck company assisting with the accident was able to help remove the logs from the scene.

No one was injured in the crash.
