CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Work is now underway for new luxury apartments set to come to the SouthPark neighborhood of south Charlotte.
Crews broke ground on Circle SouthPark on Carnegie Boulevard on Monday morning.
When it's finished there will be one- and two-bedroom units that will all meet energy efficiency certification requirements.
The apartments are expected to open in the summer of 2013.
