CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A new Mexican restaurant is set to open next week at SouthPark Mall at the old Morton's location.
San Antonio Modern Mexican Grill could open as early as Monday.
It's an upscale fusion of Mexican, Tex-Mex, Southwestern and classic American. San Antonio’s menu will feature traditional Mexican and Tex-Mex fare such as Mama’s Chicken, Amarillo BBQ Glazed Chicken Nachos, Red Chili Seared Salmon and Jalapeño Shrimp and for the American palate, Beef or Pork Ribs with BBQ Sauce.
The restaurant will feature a bar and patio.
