CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Free outdoor music is returning near uptown Charlotte. The fall series will be held on six sequential Thursdays starting April 21 and ending May 26. METLive will feature Charlotte’s favorite bands playing pop, rock, beach music, party music and Motown. The events are free of charge and open to the public.
“We are excited about the return of the METLive music series. Our series has established Metropolitan as a great “after work” entertainment venue” ” says Peter Pappas, developer of Metropolitan. “Metropolitan is a simple, yet powerful idea – it’s an urban community that reflects and empowers the way people want to live. This music series is the perfect compliment to our restaurant offerings and will reinforce Metropolitan as a “destination” when planning an uptown evening.”
‘METLIVE’ will offer an exciting yet relaxing outdoor venue to listen to music, enjoy a glass of wine, view the Uptown skyline, take in the Little Sugar Creek Greenway at sunset or stay for dinner at one of the four restaurants at Metropolitan; Dressler’s, Pisces Sushi, Vivace and Zoës Kitchen. During METLive, specially menu items will be offered, to make the evenings even more enjoyable!
Metropolitan, in conjunction with Pascal Promotions will host a variety of corporate sponsors during the music series.
