CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- You won't be seeing the 'Choose Life' license plate on North Carolina roads, after all.
A federal judge has decided the state can't offer the anti-abortion plate without also allowing people the option of buying pro-choice plates, too.
State lawmakers could appeal.
