CHARLOTTE, N.C. – President Barack Obama is celebrated his 52nd birthday on Sunday.

The President returned to the White House after spending part of his birthday weekend at Camp David.  He reportedly spent Saturday golfing with friends.

Grassroots supporters are celebrating the President’s birthday with an Obama-care themed house party.

Volunteers from “Organizing for Action” and grassroots activists are coming together to talk to community members about the benefits of Obama-care.

“Get the facts.  We want to give the community the fact empowers them to share with everyone else so we have a healthier nation.  With a healthier nation we have a wealthier nation,” said Jonette Harper of Organizing for Action.

Sunday marks “Organizing for Action” first national day of the group’s month long effort, “Action August”, in hopes to boost momentum for the President’s second term.
