CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Hillary Clinton’s campaign is coming back to Charlotte.
The Democratic nominee for President will hold a rally in the Queen City Thursday. According to a release from the Clinton campaign, the former Secretary of State will address the economy.
The Clinton campaign released the following statement Saturday:
“On Thursday, September 8, Hillary Clinton will hold a rally in Charlotte, North Carolina to discuss her plan for an America that is stronger together and building an economy that works for everyone — and not just those at the top.”
Republican VP nominee Mike Pence recently visited Charlotte, speaking to workers at the Charlotte Pipe and Foundry Company. Pence stressed to workers during his visit that a Trump administration will help protect American jobs from outsourcing.
Clinton visited Charlotte twice in July, including a visit with President Obama prior to the Democratic National Convention.
The location of the rally has not been released.
