WILMINGTON, N.C. (AP) -- Wilmington police are investigating an incident that left one person dead in a home where an unusual odor was noted.
It happened late Sunday and a hazardous materials response team was called to the scene along with police and fire crews.
Neither the identity of the victim nor the cause of death has been released.
Authorities say there were no evacuations of nearby homes.
