UNION, S.C. (AP) -- Investigators say three caskets and 30 bottles of embalming fluid have been stolen from a Union funeral home.
Police said a worker at Gibson and Brown Funeral Home reported a break-in on Monday after noticing the door to the embalming room was open when he arrived and unlocked the door.
The worker told investigators that several things had been moved around and cabinet doors were left open.
Along with the caskets and embalming fluid, authorities say a fax machine, two stands used to roll caskets, register books and two lamp stands were also taken.
Police have made no arrests.
