SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) -- Police in Savannah say seven people were hospitalized after a wrong way collision on Interstate 95.

Police say Virgil Hicks is listed in critical condition and his wife is listed in stable condition. Authorities say 41-year-old Sarah Miller, 43-year-old Vachel Miller, 10-year-old Galen Miller, 8-year-old Sidra Miller and 6-year-old Caspian Miller were taken to the Memorial University Medical Center.
