RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) -- A driver who hit and killed a man on a motorcycle in Raleigh has been charged with driving while intoxicated.

Police say 52-year-old Bradley Lawrence Pelletier of Raleigh was riding his motorcycle at around 12:15 a.m. Saturday when he was hit by a car.

Pelletier was taken to a hospital, where he later died.

Authorities say 25-year-old Lakeisha Jones of Sanford was arrested and charged with DWI and failure to yield right of way. It wasn't known if she had an attorney.
