CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- The Charlotte division of the FBI is seeking tips to find a girl missing more than two years.

Rachel Owens, 18, was last seen getting into a car outside of her high school in Brunswick County in May 2011.

Surveillance video shows Owens got off of her school bus and got into the small, dark colored car, possibly with South Carolina plates.

Police say Owens had run away in the past but has never been gone this length of time. She has expressed desire to go to Mexico, according to the FBI.

The FBI just created new posters in hopes of generating new leads.

Anyone with information should call FBI Charlotte at 704-672-6100.
