CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) -- A Johns Island teen has been shot to death outside a Charleston bar and police are searching for a suspect.
Charleston County Deputy Coroner Kimberly Rhoton says 17-year-old Marley Lion died early Saturday at the Medical University of South Carolina Hospital.
Charleston police say they have made no arrests. They are looking for one or two suspects.
Lion was a student at Academic Magnet High School and had graduated earlier this spring. Principal Judith Peterson said grief counselors would be at the North Charleston school Monday morning.
